As healthcare shifts beyond hospitals into homes, this gap exposes patients to avoidable suffering and life-threatening outcomes revealing an urgent need for smarter, more autonomous prevention.

The Digital Product
Sevak is a digital app to help with awareness, providing a personalised schedule and assisting to help with easing caretaking. It uses the Water Low risk assessment to classify the patients into various risk catefories

Color palette: A mix of cool color tones to evoke a sense of calmness and reassurance that balances warmth with medical trust and clarity.
Typeface (Lufga): A modern rounded sans-serif that is highly legible and tech-forward, making healthcare information feel accessible, human and reliable.
